The Benefits Survey Deadline Has Been Extended to July 12th!
Many of you already have your surveys in and we thank you for your participation!
Don’t miss this opportunity to complete this year’s 2013 Employee Health Benefits Survey, so that you can receive a benchmarking report customized for your company. The McCart Group will then provide overall comparative data after the survey has closed and the data is compiled – an invaluable benefit plan design tool!
The survey is conducted by The McCart Group in conjunction with a national actuarial firm.
All those serving in an HR Director or Benefits Manager capacity are encouraged to complete this survey so that you can receive a benefits benchmarking report customized for your employer group.
The McCart Group will then provide overall comparative data after the survey has closed and the data is compiled - a valuable supporting document as your benefit strategy is coming together!
Because Employee Benefit Plans involve cost analysis, strategic financial decisions, and have a significant impact on the bottom line, we hope you will agree that participating in this survey is important for your organization's financial strategy.
This is the 11th year for the survey and in 2012, participants included hundreds of employers in Georgia and over 5,300 nationwide. By participating in this survey, you will see how your benefit plans compare to benchmarks derived from the responses of other employers in Georgia, as well as thousands of other organizations from around the country.
The survey is a user-friendly, online survey that should take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete. At any point, you may save your responses and come back to finish later. (Much less time is required if you participated last year, the data from 2012 is pre-populated so that you will only have to update with changes!)
This is an opportunity to be a part of the largest mid-market benefits survey in the country through The McCart Group's exclusive Georgia affiliation with one of the nation's most well-respected actuarial firms.
- Individual, customized benchmarking is provided so you can see how your plans compare to similar firms in Georgia and across the country.
- Over 1,000 data elements are analyzed to help you make better informed decisions about your benefit plans.
and other information about the survey.
