All those serving in an HR Director or Benefits Manager capacity are encouraged to complete this survey so that you can receive a benefits benchmarking report customized for your employer group.

This is the 11th year for the survey and in 2012, participants included hundreds of employers in Georgia and over 5,300 nationwide. By participating in this survey, you will see how your benefit plans compare to benchmarks derived from the responses of other employers in Georgia, as well as thousands of other organizations from around the country.
The survey is a user-friendly, online survey that should take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete. At any point, you may save your responses and come back to finish later. (Much less time is required if you participated last year, the data from 2012 is pre-populated so that you will only have to update with changes!)
