If our clients do not have access to in-house HR expertise, but are often involved with employee issues, ThinkHR is a value-added benefit that will save time and money.
For clients with internal HR expertise to handle employee issues, we think this new HR consultative resource will serve as a valuable research and verification tool for them.
ThinkHR Live is a phone-based HR support service that allows our clients to obtain quick answers or second opinions on a range of Human Resource issues.
McCart clients can have their questions answered and receive valuable HR information through a variety of channels:
- Live phone and email HR support every business day from a PHR or SPHR certified HR consultant.
- Online HR, employment law and benefits reference center– a comprehensive web-based resource for those preferring self-service access to tools, templates and the latest HR regulations
- Monthly E-Newsletters sent directly to you with the latest updates on a variety of HR topics and legislative alerts.
With this service, you will have immediate access to a staff of HR experts on call for you when you have a question related to a broad range of HR topics, including, but not limited to:

HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK?
The McCart Group provides clients with 3 hours per month of complimentary HR assistance via telephone or email. ThinkHR Live is available Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
